Macro staff member finalist in PFM Partnering Excellence Awards 2008

Macro staff member Natalie Georgiou was announced as runner up in the PFM Partnering Excellence Award that recognise the exceptional contribution made by a junior employee - up to supervisor level - to the success of a partnership.
Natalie was employed by Macro to work with client Invesco as a Reception Supervisor. In this role Natalie assisted in the development of a solution to deliver Macro's service strategy of maintaining a team of receptionists and switchboard operators for Invesco's five star front of house service requirement. She also changed the culture of the front of house team from a single company mentality to that of a service provided to multiple tenants.
Natalie is now a senior facilities coordinator and has undertaken various management courses, including the completion of the IOSH managing safely course. In her new role Natalie oversees the day-to-day activities of reception staff to ensure efficient workflow and has rewritten front of house procedures.
